We are Rene & Anita Vermaat and we are shepherds of the Amsterdam International Christian Church. One of our primary roles is overseeing the Kids Ministry. We absolutely understand that successful upbringing of our children is the key to a brighter future. That is why we have a very high standard for all the activities for children.
Both are professional teachers. Whilst Rene is a teacher on high school, Anita has experience with primary school education & education of children with special needs. Years of studies, reading books & experiences were put into a project called “Kids Kingdom”, where children have a dynamic program full of games, singing & art, but also Biblical teachings and learning principles of obedience, gratitude & sharing through playful activities every Sunday whilst a church service next-door is in progress.
